Cookies: Glorified Grahams Posted Friday, December 18, 2009 07:58 AM Spray and then line a jelly roll pan (17 x 13 is best) with foil. Cover the pan with one layer of small rectangles of graham crackers. In a sauce pan boil until frothy: 1 stick butter 1 stick margarine 1 C. brown sugar Milk chocolate chips (optional) Pour over top of crackers. Sprinkle chopped pecans (about 1 C.) over the top. Bake at 350 8-12 min. until brown (make sure it’s brown) The mixture will bubble again in the oven. Remove. Sprinkle milk chocolate chips (optional) on top immediately. Melt & spread. Let cool slightly, break into pieces, & place on waxed paper to cool. |
